107 m² apartment with parquet floors throughout, two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. The second room has bunk beds, which kids love (adults may find them snug).
The living room has an electric fireplace, a TV, a sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a work desk for remote work, air conditioning for summer and heating for winter.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a half bathroom with the toilet being separate. Towels and linens are provided, and there is an iron and a clothes drying rack. The private balcony looks out over the city.
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in via lockbox — arrive at any time that suits you. Free on-premises parking is included.
No elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor (5 to 6 flights of stairs). The views and quiet are worth it, but please keep this in mind if you have mobility needs or heavy luggage.
The balcony overlooks a sweeping city panorama that includes one of Chișinău’s historic cemetery areas. It’s quiet and green, and part of the city’s character.
Paid airport shuttle available on request (the airport is about 16 km away). Moldexpo is 2.3 km away, which is handy for exhibition visitors.
La Plăcinte restaurant is 550 m away, and the Dendrarium Botanical Garden is 1.4 km away.
Outdoor play equipment for children is available nearby.
